Code of Conduct



	We are an exclusive club with limited membership, that enjoys playing games and having fun playing spades. We treat all players with respect at all times and remember this is a family club and should be treated as such. No foul language, disrespect for token or abuse of fellow players will be tolerated. Please become familiar with our tournament rules as these are in effect at all times for MVS Members. This is our COC. New members accepted into the club will be on a 30 day probationary period. During the probationary period it is mandatory to attend at least two club sponsored tournaments and one Club Social. At the end of 30 days they will then receive their web page with awards, biographies and pictures posted. There will be no multiple nics per member. Nic change requests must be submitted to mostvaluablespaders@groups.live.com with the reason that a nic change is needed. Names cannot be changed until you receive wtitten notification of approval (Holiday nics excluded). Your MVS nic is exclusive to you and represents you. Do Not share your name with anyone else, even family members. This could result in MVS termination. All new members are required to attend a new member orientation their first month. All members of the MVS Club are expected to attend 3 club sponsored tourneys and 1 club social monthly. If lack of attendance is noted you will receive a letter asking your status, if by the end of the month we have had no reply your membership will be terminated. Membership is evaluated monthly. Lack of attendance will result in termination. If any member plans on being away for an unknown amount of time, you are to contact the managers. Any member breaking the Code of Conduct will initially receive a warning letter. A second violation results in immediate removal from MVS . All decisions are made by the founder and a group of advisors . Multiple infractions will result in immediate removal. "Any player deemed to have embarrassed or hurt the team in any way may be immediately removed from MVS WITHOUT warning." MVS is a family. Our goal is to make sure you have teamies on any time you sign on. We enjoy spending time with each other. We are not about membership numbers but about the quality of our members. If you choose to leave MVS you may not be allowed to return. Please stop and think before making rash decisions.
